SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Endysistore.gr is committed to send the products from the headquarters of its store within 24 hours from the completion of the order, provided that they are available. For handmade products - upon special order - their shipment is made as soon as their construction is completed. For orders where bank deposit is chosen as the payment method, the order will be shipped as soon as the deposit is confirmed. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed from (next) Monday.
Shipments abroad are also made by courier and the charges vary depending on the country of shipment, according to the respective price lists. Specifically, for shipments to EU countries the charge is from 27 euros to 40 euros, for shipments to Albania, Bulgaria and Cyprus the charge is 20 euros and for other countries the charge is from 45 euros to 60 euros. After the departure of the shipment, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment number (tracking number) with which you will be able to track the progress of your parcel.

DELIVERY TIME
Shipments are made through Speedex Courier and the average delivery time is estimated at 1-3 working days for Greece and 5-10 working days for Cyprus.
The delivery time, depending on the courier company, concerns the working days from the date of departure and can vary depending on the cases: weather conditions, inaccessible areas, strikes, holidays, reasons of force majeure etc. If you want delivery on Saturday, you will be charged the extra cost set by Speedex Courier.
In case a product is not immediately available or will be manufactured after a special order or one of the necessary details of the recipient is not available to endysistore.gr, you will be informed in time for the estimated delivery time.

TRANSPORT SECURITY
Endysistore.gr ensures every order throughout the transfer and until it is delivered to you. From the moment you sign for the receipt of the order and onwards the responsibility is yours.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping costs for orders within Greece and over the amount of 50 euros are FREE.
Shipping costs for orders within Greece and below the amount of 50 euros is 3 euros.
Customers outside the European Union are subject to any extra charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements for which endysistore.gr bears no responsibility.
